How it works
Rapid end to end process
Within 7 days of meeting with us, an initial NBIO will be drafted and the entire transaction will be completed within 45 days. This is for business owners looking for a quick exit.

Initial call
The purpose of this meeting is to understand the overall health and suitability of the business for Hatch. This will give us insights into the history of the business and provide insights on potential growth levers.

Information requests
We will undergo internal screening to ensure the quality of the business and applicability to the Hatch strategy. Financial, commercial and legal information is required to understand the business.

Initial offer
If the business is deemed an appropriate target for acquisition, Hatch will then propose an initial offer to the business. Due diligence will then take place.

Finalisation and integration
The transaction is completed upon acceptance of a formal offer. The business will be transferred to us and integrated with the family.
